Rossett Hall Hotel

The location of the hotel was great, just a short bus ride away from the city center. the staff were friendly and helpful, giving us directions and being accommodating when we had to change rooms.

Our first room was uncomfortably hot, and we had a sleepless night due to a noisy and smoking neighbor. the hotel staff did eventually move us to a new room, but it would have been nicer to have a comfortable night from the start.

The hotel is in a great location, with a nearby pub where you can enjoy a drink and relax in the gardens. The restaurant also offers a nice dining experience. The rooms are spacious and offer a view of the beautiful gardens. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The breakfast options could be improved and there were some issues with the bathroom facilities.

Original and fairly clean place with a very friendly reception. The breakfast had plenty of options and porridge, jam and butter were outstanding. It was in a countryside location, could have shown us where the restaurant was located. We ate in the attached restaurant nearby.

Reasonably clean and reasonably spacious venue with magnificent views. Wonderfully helpful and attentive staff with decent service, an easy check-in. Modern interior, very nice restaurant. Family ambiance in a countryside setting.

We loved the buffet breakfast with freshly cooked options and quick service. The staff, especially Chris, were friendly and even surprised my husband with a candle in a hash brown for his birthday. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had adjoining options for our family of 5. The hotel had good WiFi, a lovely location, and ample parking.

The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and nice towels. The bathroom is clean and provides shampoo and bath gel. Guests can enjoy making drinks in the room.

The food in the restaurant was uneven in standard at times.

Appreciated this place, it was fairly clean and had very good staff and rooms. Everything was excellent and within 15 minutes' drive of Chester Hawarden airport.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is beautiful, nestled in a quiet area with lovely gardens. The room I stayed in was spacious and stylish, with a large bathroom. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had the best night's sleep in a long time. The staff were welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the service was excellent, from check-in to check-out. I would definitely recommend this place to my family for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I wish the staff had shown me where the restaurant was located. The maze of corridors I had to navigate to find it was a bit confusing, and some of them were quite cold.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The hotel's location in a quiet area with beautiful gardens added to the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The room was comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and a well-adjustable heating system. The breakfast selection was impressive, with plenty of choices to suit every taste. We also appreciated the free toiletries and the adequate room amenities, including a good TV and a fridge with cool water. Special mention goes to the receptionist, who made sure everything ran smoothly and created a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay.

Although the public areas were clean and well-maintained, some parts of the hotel seemed a bit tired and in need of a refresh. However, this did not affect our overall experience.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel that truly exceeded our expectations. The suite we stayed in was incredibly luxurious, with a roll-top bath and wet room that added a touch of indulgence. We especially loved the little details that made our stay more comfortable, like the lovely big bed and the delicious decaf coffee served at breakfast.

Of course, no stay is without its drawbacks. We found the TV channels to be limited due to poor reception, and the WiFi signal was weak.

In need of a refurbishment, especially the bathroom and bedroom furniture. the lighting in the room was very poor, making it difficult to see.
